I am highly satisfied, because the property is exactly what I was looking for and in the area I like the most.

The building materials are top quality.

The developers ESCUDERO PROMOTORES helped us efficiently in everything they could and they even assisted us in some unexpected problems during the negotiation and mortgage proceedings with the bank.
4) What do you think about the location of the property and the area? What about the weather?
The location is perfect. It is well connected regarding the access to the beaches, shopping centres, promenades and parks, etc.
5) What type of activities do you enjoy the most in the area?
All kind of activities, as this is my second home.
6) Would you recommend that area to anybody and why? Likewise, would you recommend the developers’ company to anybody and why?
Of course I would recommend the area, since it is very quiet and it has all the necessary facilities for your daily life and your holidays.
I would also recommend the developers for their good customer service and treatment, their patience and the staff’s professionalism.
